“Designer's Adventure” is an exhibition featuring 11 groups of designers, artists, and architects in their 20s to 40s who are striving to pioneer a new era.
The 20th century achieved mass production through advances in materials and technology, leading to great social development. Our lives benefited from this progress, but the situation changed dramatically in the 21st century. The rapid evolution of digital technology has transformed social structures, and in recent years, the depletion of resources and environmental issues have made the transition to a Circular Economy an urgent necessity. Amid such changes, today’s creators approach their work with a broader perspective and a stronger sense of responsibility than ever before.
This exhibition presents the challenges undertaken by these young creators, who seek to expand the possibilities of creativity through experimental and original approaches that transcend conventional boundaries. Their sincere, flexible, and positive attitude toward addressing diverse issues—with a spirit of curiosity and enjoyment—offers valuable insights for navigating the times ahead.
